Shipping policy
We offer free postage to the UK on all orders over £50 and it costs £3.99 for postage on orders less than £50.
In most parts of the UK, you should receive your order within 2 working days. We typically dispatch your order within 1 working day of receiving it and it should be delivered by DPD the next working day.
The night before your delivery, you'll receive a text and/or email from DPD with options to reschedule or leave delivery instructions. You'll also receive a one-hour time slot on the day of delivery and be able to track the progress of your order on the delivery route.
Please note that in certain situations and more remote parts of the UK, it may take longer for you to receive your order and you might not have the delivery options offered by DPD.
